Claims and Complaints
You have a two-year claims deadline. Should you receive damaged goods or items different from the ones you ordered, you must complain and make your claim within a reasonable time.
If you receive a damaged item, please return it along with a clear description of the defect and enclose photos of both the defect and the packaging for documentation. Photos and description can, of course, be forwarded by email.
We will, of course, reimburse you for costs of delivery, if you return incorrect or damaged goods. We reserve the right to exchange an incorrect or damaged item by an item in good condition, rather than pay back the purchase price.
Claims and returned goods must be directed to Hagedornhagen ApS.
